I'm Karen, a creative designer driven by storytelling and a passion for exploring the world through design. My work is shaped by global experience, cultural curiosity, and a deep appreciation for visual narratives.

I graduated from the College of Fine Arts at the University of New South Wales, where I developed a strong foundation in design and a keen visual sensibility. Born in Hong Kong, raised in Australia, and having studied in Japan, I bring a unique cross-cultural perspective that bridges Asian and Western aesthetics. This background allows me to create work that resonates across diverse audiences, particularly within the Asia-Pacific market.

 

Throughout my career, I've expanded into digital design, crafting marketing collateral that seamlessly blends traditional and digital mediums. My experience spans print and digital design, photography art direction, product styling, branding and advertising across both in-house teams and agency environments. I'm particularly energised by the process of pitching ideas, pushing creative boundaries, and transforming concepts into compelling visual outcomes.
